El metro de Madrid

I was attempting to capture motion blur with this photograph, and realized that my shutter speed had to be slower. This can be achieved by decreasing the aperture (by increasing the f-stop) and/or decreasing the ISO. It would also help to have a tripod when attempting motion blur, something I did not have.
